Swebb
For 20+ years Swebb has coached church leaders. This isn’t “Here’s the prescription to success” stuff. He coaches and trains an increasingly rare activity many outsource: thinking. Swebb has a long history of building successful and sustainable ministries, leaders, and teams with people.
Most simply: Swebb builds leaders who build teams who build the Church.
Until 2020, Swebb served as Expansion Pastor at Elevation Church under Pastor Steven Furtick, responsible for expansion beyond Charlotte, launching 11 campuses and building those teams from Canada to Florida.
Additionally Swebb has served on various church boards, as Executive Pastor at churches, as interim and remote executive staff at churches, and continues to consult and coach worldwide.
Swebb lives in north Austin, TX with his wife Loren, daughter Summer, and son Stellen.
